My experience with Aspen Dental in Winter Haven Florida was Excellent! The doctor and all staff were extremely caring to my needs and most knowledge and helpful.They took Great care of myself and my husband.They gave me the most spectacular payment option that covered all of my dental costs! Something that I'd been looking for for a very long time.Thank you to my financial specialist Allison for making my dream of a beautiful smile come true! I had a terrible toothache for 2 days and called to get an appointment. They could get me in at 4:00 the next day. By that morning, the pain was so bad that I had to do something. I called before the office opened and left a message that I couldn't wait that long and had to be seen earlier. We decided to take a chance and just show up. We were half way there when Kelly called and said yes, come in. The whole staff was amazing! They had me all checked in when I got there. After a few minutes wait, I was taken back for x-rays and a consult. Dr. Lakhani looked at it and made some suggestions. I met with Jackie, the financial person, went over the costs, paid my bill (much less than I had feared!) and was in the chair getting novocaine within 75 minutes. Kaylee (sp?), the dental assistant was so kind and even held my hand a few times during the procedure. Dr. Lakhani was knowledgeable, funny and very personable and wouldn't start until he was certain that I could feel absolutely nothing while he worked. The tooth was abstracted and I was pretty much pain free within 2 hours. This was seriously one of the best experiences I have ever had when it came to a medical or dental issue and I would definitely go back if needed. Thanks to a great team!

I loved everything especially the Dentist, and X-ray technician. But The hygienist was quite rough, my gums were sore at least 10 hours. He actually scared me. I have had bad experience on root canal and a little bit of claustrophobia. Wish someone would explain to me better about Deep Cleaning. It’s true that deep cleaning has not been done for 2 years, but it didn’t dawn on me that it was what the hygienist was saying. I was struggling with soreness around the gum from being poked and lips twisting, so my mind wasn’t function very well. Plus the light was burning my eyes. I would put all 5 stars until that rough experience. Do you have other hygienist? I really like your place. Thank you.
